Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

H guys, just one question... Once we got our landing and PR card will come after 2 months from the day that we land right base on processing time.. Even we dont get yet our PR card just a landing paper are we able to go out of country for short vacation like 2 weeks after we land? I have only one entry permit, is it affects my planning for vacation or its ok cuz I have landed already.

Am i allowed to go out of country without the PR card just only holding landing papers.

Please anyone can assist me on this

Hi mumay1829, as to the best of my knowledge you cant go out of the country without a valid visa or PR. Landing papers are just to make your first landing after getting PR. You will have to wait for the PR card to travel again. This is what i know. You can call CIC or the border security office, n make sure u plan accordingly. Thanx

I checked my ECAS and shows "In process" Since January 28 2013 this is really a good sign... finally heard something good after waiting... can't wait for my PPR sooon.....

I DIDNT SUBMITTED MY PCC WID MY APPLICATION (SUBMITTED ON 22ND OCT),I DONE MY MEDICAL IN DEC N 2DAY MY ONLINE STATUS SHOWING MEDICAL RECIEVED.I M JUST THINKING ABOUT MY PCC .SHOULD I JUST SEND DEM OR SHOULD I WAIT FOR DR REQUEST 4 PCC.WHICH WOULD B D BEST 1 2 AVOID ANY DELAY.I GOT PCC ISSUED ON 14 DEC 2012.

Hey sinp2013, You better send it to them along with the cover letter even they are not asking for it like what I did. I had sent mine with cover letter stating the reason to add into my application. Dont wait cuz it will cost of more delay as they have to send you a request thenyou have to send it. Just send it right away with all you UCI # Application file # and cover letter with the orginal PCC. like what I did. and 1-2 weeks after I got mine in PROCESS status.

a wk ago I set email 2 enquire abt my medical 2 Ottawa n Sydney .2day I get reply from Ottawa dat dey rec my medical bt nt any reply from Sydney

That's extremely fast...Hearty Congratulations buddy. Can you please share your time lines with us? I mean when was your application received at CIO and when did you finish your medicals etc. Did you pay your RPRF already? What's your visa office? Are you single or with family in your application?...sorry for asking too many questions....but it gives us just an idea.
