My timeline is as follows:
Federal Application Received: March 8 2012
AOR From Ottawa + Request for Medicals: May 19 2012
Medicals Done: May 31 2012
Medical Report Received (E-cas): August 2012
PPR Request: Waiting...Waiting...Waiting...
The E-cas States keeps "Application was received." It doesn't have any updates until today:
We received your application for Permanent Residence on March 8th.
Medical Results have been received.
My open work permit expired on Feb. 22 this year, as I don't want to kill time and waste money in Canada any more, I came back to my country. Some of my friends are 2012 March applicants, most of them finished medical examination last May. Their work permit will expire or already expired. One friend told me that she called CIC in order to consult the new Bridging Work Permit, unfortunately, she was told Quebec Skilled Worker Program is not under this category, it means that QSW applicants are not permitted to apply for it. Until today, we don't have any updated news from CPP Ottawa. Last month, what a ridiculous message from my classmate in Montreal is one guy (another classmate) who got CSQ from Immigration-Quebec last July, he already received his landing paper this February.
The whole disorderliness of process happens in Ottawa CPP in 2013... Their process procedure looks quite arbitrary!!
