Federal sent on march 10 2012
Missing document asked april 10 2012
Document received in may 17 2012
MY status changed in june from single to married and I notifed them and got CSQ form me and my wife and send the application on October 4 2012
Medical request 22 November 2012
Medical recieved on e cas January 7 2013

Does anyone know whats the process after medical and how long it would take?

Thanks for setting up a march timeline.
Mine is as follows:

They received my application for PR on March 16th,2012
Fees encashed: March 30th,2012.
Medical Request: May 24th,2012.
Medicals Complete: June 9th,2012.
Medicals Received: July 20th,2012.

Ecas: States We received your application for Permanent Residence on March 16th.
Medical Results have been received.

I sent an email to Ottawa and they responded saying my application is "In Process".
I will await word on Passport request. If anyone receives any updates let me know

I will follow that forum. I got this email from ottawa this afternoon. I hope they are doing what they say. Does anyone know how can i pay the RPRF in advance?

Your file is currently in progress at our office. No action on your part is required.

An officer responsible for your file will contact you when your action is required, including the RPRF payment, which will be requested at a later stage if your application is approved.

Any one got any updates?

My application was received at the CIO on 2012/03/30. But my status is still application received in the e-Case.
I sent a request to CIO on Nov 26th, 2012 and they replied on the same day.

Dear Madam / Sir,
Your application is in process in Ottawa. No further action is required by you at this time.

And I checked the Processing times for provincial nominee applications on CIC website
It shows:
Ottawa (Case Processing Pilot) - Canada 13

It was 10 month when i sent out the application, and 11 month last Christmas... And now it's 13...

So frustrated.

Meds done - May 7, 2012
Meds received - May 22, 2012
Updated eCas to Meds received -- June 202

Application still shows in eCas as application received.

Emailed Ottawa in Oct and received email that my application was in process and the processing time is 16 months.

1. Does the processing time count from when they receive the app or the AOR or some other date?
2. If you have your med request, does that mean you passed all other criteria (i.e. security)??

The wait is driving me crazy. ???

That is exactly the kind of approach we should be taking. I can only applaud to this guy. He is trying to make things happen even though it is very difficult to do. I encourage everyone not to sit behind their computer like scared kids, but to actually do something. Nobody is asking you to send email from your personal account, create a new one( it will take you secods).if you are outraged by the fact that people who applied in september are getting the ppr and its not even clear when we get one, please write emails, its the least you can do. We are Buffalos transferees and we have been promised to get priority. Well i dont see that happening. They messed up, was not our fault. And they are reviewing others now at our expense. I will say it again- please contact the above emails.

Dont mention any of your personal info. Just explain the situation. Why have some people been waiting for more than a year and some get it in under 5 months. I'll post emails which you can contact. Write one email, copy it and send it to different addresses. Somethig needs to be done. Otherwise it will last another year. Think about how negligent they are, and how difficult they made our lifes. We have done everything on our part, its them who failed us.

If you are tired of waiting, and resent the fact that the priority is given not to Buffalo applicants, but posr july 2012, please write your concerns to these emails.Together we can make them work.These officials are actively pursuing the matter,lets help them.Otherwise they wont know the problem we are facing.
