Hi Sandy,

I am sorry, but I don't have write access to Oct track sheet.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

No worries Sarayu. Anyway, I have it in my profile.. thought it would be helpful to everyone when they check the tracksheet.

Thanks,
Sandy

I am so looking forward to see the first Oct applicant getting PPR.

Who would be crowned the Miss World trophy?

We are all very hopeful about it.. :)

BTW, from my other post...

OK, I just called a private fingerprinting agency and they told me that once the fingerprints are taken and sent to the RCMP (I need to provide the address to them). RCMP then does the Criminal check and either sends the certificate back to us or CIC. Since I already sent the paper fingerprint (as provided on the RCMP website) by post to RCMP, now i'm not sure if I'd receive the certificate/ report or they'd send it directly to CIC. Could someone throw some light on this, if you've gone through this process?

Hi Mirza,

It's always better to send a copy of doctor's fee receipt to CIO once you are done with your medicals. But just sending the scanned copy is enough, not the original receipt. It's just a proof that you have done your medicals. And keep the original copy with you just in case if it's required in future.

Good luck buddy.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Sarayu,

good evening. Sorry to bother you. If you know, could you please tell me what is the CIO email address to send the doctor's fee receipt to?

Provincial nominees who have a request for case information may contact the Client Service Unit at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO). Note that if your application has already been sent to the visa office for processing, the CIO will not be able to help you.

You will not receive a reply to your email if:

•you have not already applied as a provincial nominee,
•you are not authorized to receive personal information,
•you applied within the last six weeks, or
•your enquiry concerns a topic other than your case.
Please do not send the same enquiry more than once. You can reach the CSU at CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca.

Courier address
Centralized Intake Office
47-49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS B1P 5Z2

Whatttt? If you took your medicals on Jan 4th, the doctor sent the results to CIO on Feb 12th??????? Why it took for them 5 weeks?...it's too long no doubt. Usually it should take just one week for them to analyze the reports at their labs. In my case, my family of 3 members took medicals on Jan 25th and the doctor's office sent the reports to CIO on Jan 31. Cio received them just yesterday (Feb 12).

Anyway, do you have the tracking number now? If yes, just keep checking the status.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

I am kinda bored and wanted to do something lame. so I gave myself the task of finding bloopers in this paragraph and here it goes:

what?If you took your medicals on XXXX, and the doctor sent the results to CIO on XXXX. I am wondering why did it take so long for them to mail your results out to the case processing centre. Without a doubt, it should not have taken them that long. They need no more than a week to analyze your results. I give up lol

Yesterday I got a request to send translation of my police certificate. It was no problem for SINP to decipher the two words so why does CIC need a translation? Damn me for not thinking that that might happen.

Hi pakkecanadavale,

Cool! Could you please tell me how you got the RCMP Police clearance? How you applied? Was it electronic? When you applied? Did RCMP send the clearance to you and you posted it to CIC? Appreciate your help.

Hope you hear the good news soon :)

Thanks,
Sandy

Hi JCS,

You may try this below link to find out the translators. I took help from these guys to translate my Germany PCC in to English.

I have paid $50 for their services.

Hi sarayu,

Is it possible that the medicals were lost? They were received in Ottawa medical center on Dec 18th (almost 2 months ago) but CIO still didn't receive them (I've got their reply a week ago). What can I do to verify it? Is there an email / phone number to contact Ottawa medical center? Is it normal to wait for so long?

Hi lilotia,

I was told by my representative that the doctor's office will send the medical reports to IHS (Immigration Health Services). IHS will update internally with respective visa offices in their system.

I don't think that they missed it. It should be in a proper place....don't worry.

By the way, do you have doctor's fee receipt with you? If yes, just send a scanned copy of it to CIO by email. It just shows a proof that you finished your medicals.

Thanks,
Sarayu.
