Why dont you send CIO an email to make sure the email address on file is correct, or what is holding back your MR.

Hi,

Email is correct as I called in an confirmed email address today itself. Dont know as my Lawyer said it is a normal time frame 10 to 15 days after they usally send it dont know wht is holding my file now. As my online status is also application received.....dont know wht to do.

Hi God Is One,

Are you applying outside of Canada? It
seems that it takes sometime to send MR
from VO, if the VO is the one sending the
MR rather than CIO for outside of Canada applicants.

For my case, my BD was actually encashed
Nov 08 and AOR Nov 22, not Nov 16 & Nov 29
as i've updated earlier. So far no MR yet 'till
this time, though im expecting delay in my correspondence
from VO/CIO since im using a Representative. The actual copy
of my AOR finally reached me after 12 days.

Hopefully we'll have it(MR) next week.

Good Luck to all.

Best Regards,
Milsrome

You can always submit your PCC's at later stages. It won't be any issue. Good luck.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

No nothing yet no email no nothing.......worried now

I think there seem to be more hassles to have immigration representative rather than dealing directly with CIC :-X

Hi,

I got my CC Charged on Nov 15 and AOR 27 nov but no MR

Do you have a spouse or dependent on your application?
Did they send your application to a visa office for processing?
Are you using a representative?

If you reply yes to these questions then you have your answer for the delay compared to some of the other applicants.

Hi Swami123,

I have added your details to the spread sheet. Keep us updated.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Just a note: I've called CIC call center to check where my application was sent after MR request (I've received MR a week ago). The answer was that the application is still in Sydney. It will be sent to my VO (thats probably Ottawa) in 2-3 weeks.. :o

As lilotia mentioned that it takes 2-3 weeks for them to send the documents to the VO, I think you should be getting something very soon. No need to worry, fingers crossed.

I will be in the same boat as they have informed me in my AOR that they will be sending my application to CPP-O as well.

Hello! Can you please add me to the spreadsheet too? Here is my information and thanks to everyone else for sharing their information :)

10/19: PR application delivered (without police certificates) (CIO Sydney NS)
11/20: $550 charged to credit card by CIC
12/7: Police certificates delivered (CIO Sydney NS)
12/8: Email received from CIC with application #; says “application is complete, will be sent to visa office”

Stream: BCPNP
Location: Already in Canada

Not sure what to expect next but looking forward to tracking it together with all of you!
