just out of curiosity what bank is it? TD Bank can track their DD almost instantly in their system and is very helpful.

@ TRUONGAN

Yeah, I wish they could track it that fast too. It's BPI by the way and their bank partner is The Bank of Nova Scotia.

I have also tried calling their customer service before but, they too cannot trace the DD. Agent told me that only the local branch where I purchased it can determine the position of my DD.

Thanks.

That's what I guessed. This "red lion" bank usually receive bad reviews about customer services.

@TRUONGAN

haha you mean BPI?

by the way, I just called The Bank of Nova Scotia in Toronto.... The lady on the phone was very helpful, she tried every means she could to track my DD. Though no luck. But, I kinda felt ok talking to her. :) She was really nice.

She too, can't tell why BPI cannot do the tracing in their computers or system.

Thanks.

You can always submit your PCC's at later stages. It won't be any issue. Good luck.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Got my medicals done and hope I won't hear anything in the next two weeks. Don't see why I would get anything but I keep praying anyway.

Did you get your CC charged following by AOR?

It is unusually if you dont get MR after AOR.

Hi,

I got my CC Charged on Nov 15 and AOR 27 nov but no MR

Why dont you send CIO an email to make sure the email address on file is correct, or what is holding back your MR.
