and the agent was saying that my file has not yet been assigned a visa office, and as it is filed under pnp, it will be outside canada, frankly, i Was ASTONISHED" by that .

yes, you just got aor couple days ago. wait a couple more days and then try to log in to ecas. once you can log in means they created a file.

i did log into ecas and my file was created, but i had to disable my ecas because i think one of the person knew my info and i did not want him to know it, so to be on safer side i disabled it, sounds very very bad but i thought it was not worth it for someone else to know what was going on

well good news!

just recieved my nedical request in the email.

Hi everyone,

We have finally received our share of good news from CPP-O :) :) :) :) :)

RPRF and passport request email came late night of the 29th of May, was too busy to update right away...

I have previously paid the fee though, they don't seem to be aware of it >:( And then I understood why: in the email they ask us to send the receipt to the following email: CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca but when i paid it in April I sent it to the other one (I assume to the general enquiries: ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca).

Anyway I resent the receipt to the required address, the only reason why I cant say I'm absolutely happy is that we will have to wait till July to send our passports since we are leaving for a 3-week-vacation in 10 days. I assume that's ok because they give you 60 days to send them your passports.

At least this news means that though they are mainly working on the backlog now, our processes are still on. Don't lose hope, guys! Wishing everybody speedy results!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

P.S.: Our ECAS changed into "Decision Made" 2 days later after the email, i.e. today - May 31st. Sarayu, could you please update our track info? Thnx :)

Just in case, for those who are going to pay their RPRF (if you are in Canada) before the actual request. These are the instructions they sent us:

Right of Permanent Residence Fee
Payment by Credit Card
 Go to this website: eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en
 Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed
 Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”
 You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant
 You must also pay this fee for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if you have one
 Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490
 Click “Submit”
 Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with a credit card
Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.
You must send the receipt to CPP-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca .

PLZ MIND THE EMAIL ADDRESS. Don't make my mistake ;)

Good luck!!!

Thanks, babakura! :)

I'm not sure if it's true but they say that our stream (International Students) usually goes a bit faster than average PNP...

I know waiting is annoying but at least we as November group look relatively successful as compared to, for example, Buffalo applicants :)

Just a bit more patience!!!!!!
