Hi friends, I have a question.

I was worrying about what's happening to my file, so I ordered a GCMS note to see what's going on (Cuz, I haven't received my MR yet).

On my GCMS note, there are tasks like Security, Medical, Criminality...ect. Most of it have due date on Jan 13th, 2014. Does it mean that my PR process will be done around that time?

Anybody has experiences with GCMS note? Could you give me some ideas please?

Thanks

Hi Guys, just want to join in this forum. Btw here's my timeline: application receive: August 2012, medical request: oct 19, medical done: nov 22. ( I missed the email from my agent, that's why it took 1 month fof me to complete my med) medical received; jan 2013. Ecas status: in process; march 7, 2013. So hopefully everything will be fine. My application is in Canada;) thanks;) with 3 dependants

Just got this info from CIC website

"The Right of Permanent Residence Fee, which will be requested by the processing office at a later stage if your application is approved."

Some RPRF requests came before medicals for some ppl and some got it with medical requests while some got the request with PPR

Kinda confused

Hi,

That's good, means that someone is looking at your file, what additional info were you asked for?

Looking at other timelines, those who have been asked for additional info, usually receive MR 6-8 weeks later :(

Thanks for keeping us all informed.

Andrew

Just had a tweet from London VO ref Medical request's:

"You should expect the request 6-12 months after submitting your application for this priority program. Thanks!"

Looks like things have really slowed up at London VO :(

Hi Calainp,

Did you receive any acknowledgement from CIO after you sent the scanned copy of fees receipt? If yes, that gives us more confidence. Also could you please share the email address with Hrik? He is inside Canada applicant.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

@DCCMJ

Its great news that you have obtain a response from LVO for additional document update. Though its just very very odd that LVO is asking for updates without MR. My guess is that LVO may have run out of their pnp visa target for 2012/2013 and am just hoping this is not the reason they are not sending MR. Those additional documents they are asking is also very odd to ask from pnp applicants but we have no option other than to provide them. It is really odd to ask for settlement plan from fsw backlog candidate.

You can share with us if the additional document update is any different from proof of funds, settlement plans and job details?

All the best of luck with you as you gather these documents. If you have problems with any of the documents - PLEASE make sure you ask questions and search the forums very well.

Now it is my turn to receive update and if LVO does not go to sleep again I should get the update before the end of next week or even upper week because of the Easter holidays.

zizu, chiefmissile - you should be looking at next two to three weeks or shortly for yours as well.

All the best

supa

@chiefmissile

What is the london VO's tweeter handle pls?

Does this mean we should be expecting MR 6-12 months after submitting application or after submitting the additional document request? That response does not add up in any way.
