No two views about Sarayu who keeps us glued to this group :-)

The underlying question that I had in my previous post was - what is the average time one has to wait AFTER medicals have been submitted. I know it differs from country to country - but still if there is some information available that will keep us all sane while we wait after medicals ...

zizu

Hey zizu,

I think we can't predict the time consuming after medicals have been submitted. I am telling this after watching closely July thru Oct groups.

Now a days, there is a little movement in June group. Anyway, I assume that we will be having some idea max in next two months once July starts getting PPRs.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi victory123,

Congratulations on your AOR. And thanks a lot for providing your details...Request you please let me know when exactly CIO was received your application....that's the only info missing in your case.

Apart from that info, I have added all your details to the tracking sheet.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Thanks Sarayu,
I am not sure about the receiving of my application at CIO as I had sent all the documents to my sponsor in Canada and he, in turn sent the docs to CIO from there only... but It was somewhere in the last week of November,12. I shall inform that once the e-cas is updated..
Thanks

Hi luis4ever.....u ll have full details on timeline bt firstly you ll have to provide the details as mentioned by other applicants so that our moderator @Sarayu can update the spreadsheet. Have a look at this spreadsheet and provide the appropriate details. This is the link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0Arq4O7UkDMdwdFVXOVNRTG9rNlpYbVdKVl8zYXpuR3c

Hi luis4ever,

Congratulations on your AOR. As my group member "Kavy.Sandhu" said, please take a look at the November tracking sheet and provide me your complete details. So that I will add you to the list. All the best my friend.

@ Kavy:
Thanks for responding to luis4ever and Tweety... :) :)

Hello... This is my data:

Luis4Ever

Visa Office: I sent my application to CiO nova Scotia, The processing office should be Caracas or Mexico city (not sure)
NOC: 0016
Applied From: Outside of Canada
Stream: AINP - Family Stream
Mode of Payment: Bank Draft
Nominee Application Date: 01-Sep-2009
Nomination Date: 01-Aug-2012
Application Received at CIO: 27-Nov-2012
Payment realization Date: 10-jan-2012
AOR (CIO) Date: 22-jan-2013
Medicals Requested: Not yet

I selected Caracas (Venezuela) as my processing office, but I belive that they are no longer doing Economic class applications so it would be transfered to Mexico City (Not sure about this). I would like to know any estimated timeline of the medicals exams, passport request and other info that would give me an realistic idea of how long would take me to be there in Canada...

Thanks a lot!

Sarayu,

I've received your mail. here's my details

submitted application: Nov. 13 2012
AOR: Jan. 12, 2013
Med. request received: Jan. 15, 2012

I'm still booking a date for my medical.

Hi Luis4ever:

Thanks a lot for providing all your timelines. I have added you to the tracking sheet.

Coming to your query, now a days as you see November track sheet, we were able to predict about AORs arrival but we can't predict when we can receive Medical Requests. But most probably, it might take a week or two in general. In your case I believe you may get MR by end of Jan.

Once you submit your medicals, we really have to be patient and wait for a long time. If you think your case is gonna be processed at Mexico City, you can just find the processing time from below link.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/provincial.asp#west

As far as I know, the processing time shows here on this website starts from the date of AOR. Please let us know if you have more questions. Or you can share always your thoughts about Canada PR in terms of any useful info.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

If i selected my processing office in Caracas, but the right one is mexico.. they forward the application right?, because being Realistic, i expect the processing time would be like a Year.. considering that the application is for myself only (no dependants / wife), would be faster I guess...

I will keep posting my updates about my timelines and new events :)
