I finished my medicals today. They said that they will send medical details to immigration within 1 and half week (if there is no abnormal situations).

Sarayu, please update my timeline.

fyi. i can login to ecas now as well. i received my aor three days ago.

As of my research and experience, after 2 days of AOR, you can check/see your ECAS status.

Hi guys,

I have finished my medicals today. We had an appointment at 9:30 AM today. Arrived the doctor's office at 9:00 AM and done with everything by 12 noon. These are the tests we have taken.

1. Blood
2. Urine
3. X-Ray
4. Blood Pressure
5. Vision Test
6. Routine check up

Everything went smooth. They said, it takes about one week for them to get the results. Then they will forward the medical results to CIC. So, I need to call them after one week to get the package tracking number.

Congrats sarayu on your medical ... I m an applicant from october batch , just need a advice from u . Actually i recieved AOR from sydney on Nov 30 2012 . I had applied Under MPNP from India and my file was recieved at sydney on Oct 12 ... Since my AOR I never recieved anything , even i am not aware of my VO ... Could u please suggest me what should i do now . whether i should send an email or should i only wait .... Really confused

Hi deepakkatoch,

I really shocked that you haven't received your MR even two months after receiving AOR. Are you really checking your spam mails regularly? I think you need to contact CIO at the same email address where you got your AOR from. Usually it should not take such a long time.

Please provide your full name, date of birth, UCI Number and Application number when you write to CIO.

You and me got our MRs on the same day. Just make sure you finish your medical exam within 30 days which is mandatory.

hii everyone n SARAYU plz can anybody suggest me that i am in Canada on work permit n applied for PR, can i undergo my medical examination in my home country India coz i am expecting my medical in few days n i am on vacation in India for 2 months n my spouse is also lives in India she also ll need medical examination so plz help me to make sure about it i am really confused that should i undergo medical examination in India or i should complete it in Canada n my spouse should undergo in India coz i applied from inside Canada

The medical can be taken in any country in the world, as long as the doctor completing the exam is a CIC panel physician. The full list of doctors can be found at the following link:
