I am hopeless on my situation right now, as my HR does not replying to my email regarding the updates on cic, am thinking to call cic for verification, can i do that and how can i call them?

Really sorry to hear about your situation. Is there any possibility for you to remove HR from the loop? I don't see much details about you in the track sheet. I don't know exactly if you can remove your HR and take care of yourself if you are employed with them directly. One thing I am very sure that they have already got your AOR and MR as your fees has been en-cashed on Dec 6.

Can't you meet your HR personally?...OR a phone call? The problem is I don't think we can really contact CIO without having our UCI number.

By the way, when is your Nomination gets expired?

My ECAS is showing "application received". Does any one know how long it will take to change to "In Process" - i.e. " We started processing your application on xyz date". I received my CIC AOR on ink date - does any one has a good idea when I should be expecting MR from CHC London?

Your thoughts/assumptions/predictions a-la sarayu are all welcome.

It shows "In Process" only after we finish our medicals. That's also I believe a couple months after medicals. Honestly I am not sure about the time frame to receive MR from London. Good luck my friend.

For In-Canada applicants processing through CPP-O, it shows in process after medicals. This is due to the flow of processing for these set of applicants.

For others processing through VO outside Canada, it will go to 'in process' before Medicals, after which Medicals will be issued.

At least the above is what was happening when we went through all this process!

This is how I understand the flow:

If you are in Canada, your app will be transferred to CPP-O, if it hasn't yet, once your med results are recd (or before in some cases). The Visa Office, CPP-O, will complete the rest of the process.

If you are not in Canada, your case will continue as above until when visa is ready to be issued. Your visa will most likely be issued by the visa office responsible for your country of residence at the request of CPP-O.

This is my understandig of the process since the introduction of CPP-O and the issuance of MR from CIO.

Your case should go 'in-process' between weeks 4 - 8 after your meds.
