Hello zizu,
You have rightly observed.... this thing has already been discussed in this thread earlier. The reason is that our PNP November tracking thread is the only one that is being regularly managed and updated. And all the credit for that goes to @ Sarayu. It takes a lot of concentration to daily reply to queries on the thread along with managing your personnel life and work. Those threads were started by people but now nobudy takes so much of pain to daily update and reply to people which resulted in all those threads being stagnant. So dont take those threads seriously as most of them are way outdated. By the way a couple of my june'2012 applicant friends have already got their Passport Requests earlier this month.

Hi zizu & Kavy,

If you notice, actually there is nothing much to updated once we finish our medical examinations and send the reports to appropriate authorities. Just need to wait for the next very important step PPR. So, I guess, that's the reason why other groups haven't updated anything recently. But, always we can be in contact here and still discuss about our queries and also future plans in Canada etc etc.

I have added one more column to our tracking sheet "Medicals Done". Because it was little confusion before as there was only "Medicals Submitted". So, I thought of adding a new column which may be easy to understand for everybody.

I don't know why, I can't see many updates today in our group. Otherwise if I open my laptop every morning, I would see many many updates everyday.

Good luck to all of us.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

@Sarayu: My medicals were done on January 16. You can update the spreadsheet :)

Hi greg_peq,

Thanks for the info. Updated track sheet. Hey, any suggestions to our group? Anything to be taken care before we go to the doctor?

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Not really. As I wrote earlier in the thread, it was pretty straight forward. Just remember to bring photos and ID. The exam itself is really nothing to worry about.

Thank you all guys for sharing your experience and thoughts. I am bit nervous but nyhow we ll see how it goes :)

Best wishes guys :)

Hi,
I did my medicals on 21 Jan 2013. Please Update the sheet.

Hi Peter11,

First of all Congratulations on your AOR and then MR. I don't see you on November tracking sheet. I really appreciate if you can take a look at the track sheet and let me know your complete details, so that I will update the sheet accordingly.

By the way, can you please share your medical examination experiences with us? That helps the other group members if something needs to be taken care.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi Sarayu. Maybe you can add another column "Documents requested" or something. They probably aks some of us for more info etc. for example pcc or other things.

Hi Steffi80:
That's a good point you mentioned. Thanks for the idea. I have added a column for "Documents Requested" after Medicals Submitted.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Well said Zizu and Kavy and will like to say a big thank you to Sarayu for taking the pain to be updating the sheet and believe we need to keep the momentum going by ensuring that every outstanding details beside each one of us are provided to Sarayu for update. With the exception of Atinsingh and Khan whom we are yet to get feedback from CIC concerning the state of their application, all other members have received either CC/Bank draft charge or AOR and as such can easily provide the outstanding information (e.g. NOC code, date of application to CIC, mode of payment, province and stream applied under, applied from, etc) relating to their application to CIC.

We should continue to show that we November 2012 Applicants are organised courtesy of Sarayu by having a comprehensive tracking sheet which will benefit us all and even others who seek for information with respect to timeline.

While we do as suggested, my heart goes out to Atinsingh and Khan and pray that may good news come out of your current applications by the grace of God.

Hi Emperor,

Thanks a lot for such a nice words. As you said, still there is lot of outstanding data from our group.

I really appreciate everybody if you could provide whatever the missing data on the tracking sheet. That really helps us at some point of time to analyze each others timelines.

Thanks to all November group members for your support in doing my job.

And, hopefully, by the God's grace our Atinsingh and Khan should get their AORs soon. No doubt, that will be the happiest moment for Nov group. God bless us.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

First of all thanks to the champions of this group who are updating the file and helping us out.

I have a question for all of u:
I mentioned CIO- Sydney, Nova Scotia as my visa officein my application by mistake. In AOR it is mentioned that my file has been tranferred to the Visa Office I requested. What you guys think in which visa office my file has been transferred to??

Hi Calainp,

Thanks for your wishes.

On what basis did you write CIO - Sydney as your VO in your application? Does your Nomination document show it? Coz mine shows CPP-Ottawa. Anyway, I red different opinions on this. I think we should wait and see where they are gonna send your application. We will come to know which is our VO some time later. But one thing, I am very sure CIO - Sydney also processing applications now...I have seen this on July and Oct threads I believe. So, your's may be the same location.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi Sarayu,
I did it by mistake. The reason I am asking this now is i got married and need to update my status. I am not clear what is my VO but I have sent email with marriage certificate to CPP-O as well as CIO -Sydney. People who are updating the family composition chnages ahve not heard back for weeks for what additional docs are required.
I was wondering whether my VO shluld be: 1. CPP-O 2. CIO-Sydeny or 3. New Delhi?

Thanks
