If we count the experience of users in canadavisa forum, normal time frame for 2nd AOR is 15-20 days after CIO's AOR

I think those getting 2nd AOR from VO in 15 - 20 days are mostly in CANADA applicants .. Most applications sent out to foreign VO takes btw 30 to 60 days sometimes unless you are lucky and workload isnt much or they increased staff...

Congrats Emperor, hope mine and everyone elses will follow soon. Looks like things are on the move for everyone lets hope eh? Oh by the way you can now pay for your RPRF before the request from CIC. I paid for mine today, which mans no bank draft needed and will save 5 weeks, as bank drafts need to be sent to cic canada not your local visa office. They email you a receipt straight away and you do not need a file number. The receipt has a bar code.

Since appleguy got his cc charged and Emperor also - and both had used credit card, people like me who are sandwiched between them and used bank drafts can safely assume our drafts have also be realized.

Hello Andrew, thanks for the well wishes and believe yours will soon be processed despite that you submitted in December 2012. Will appreciate how you went about the process of paying for RPRF before CIC request. Kindly explain further.
