It takes around 15 days after your application is declared failed. They send it through normal post which takes around two weeks time. Mine was also returned in october thats why i know.

Thanks Kavy.sandhu, that's mean it takes one month to get back. BTW whats reason your application return?

hello sarayu
you checked your dd encashed or not? we are on same date file recieved cio.
i enquire from bank but they replied that they cannot check the status so i have to wait for AOR.

Hi gurdev1,

I have called TD bank yesterday. But they said, it's not possible to tell the status over the phone. And the Draft was purchased by my representative. So, I think, I think I have to wait and see.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hey Jagga, have you received your AOR yet? Which VO did CIO transfer your file to?

I'm having the same situation as your. I'm living in canada but I put Singapore (responsible for my country of citizenship)

Now I'm wondering if they will automatically transfer it to CPP-O which I'm hoping they will.

Hello guys, so much happening in our thread. Congrates to those who got their payment en cashed.

hi Tam ngo, not yet. Hoping to get AOR next week. Yes we ll we surely get transfer to Ottawa, because i read posting in our thread from an applicant who got his file returned due missing birth certificate. In his returned application he saw his visa office marked as ottawa, although he requested New delhi as his visa office.
Thanks

I lost my credit card, the details of which i gave in my application therefore CIO officials were unable to deduct money from the credit card as the lost card was blocked by the bank. They returned my application asking me to give new payment details.

It's good to hear that they will automatically transfer files to CPP-O, which it will be processed faster, I think. Anyway congratulation guys, and let wait for the AOR

One more thing, my credit card has just showed "IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW SYDNEY" charged me 550$ on Dec 11 (less than a month). So I guess the process at CIO is getting faster. Don't worry guys, I think you all will get good news before Christmas :) :)

Hi kavy.sandhu,

Processing time for New Delhi visa office is 10 months and CPP-Ottawa is 11 months...not too much difference actually...you can take a look at the below link to know more about the processing times globally. Good luck.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

I'll check with my bank tomorrow if my bank draft has been encashed. any news from the rest?

i wonder if they just grab the applications from a pile or if one person works on a certain month.
and i hope pnp goes faster than other streams otherwise i don't know why we had to put the stickers on the application.
