I make sure that my first application (which I submitted October 2012) got returned, not my November application (resubmission).

hi kavy, i think you also applied from canada and put new delhi as your visa office. right? Do you you think they ll transfer our files to new delhi, because these days all files made within canada are processed at ottawa. Any ideas.

Hey Jagga, have you received your AOR yet? Which VO did CIO transfer your file to?

I'm having the same situation as your. I'm living in canada but I put Singapore (responsible for my country of citizenship)

Now I'm wondering if they will automatically transfer it to CPP-O which I'm hoping they will.

you checked your dd encashed or not? we are on same date file recieved cio.
i enquire from bank but they replied that they cannot check the status so i have to wait for AOR.

I am also eagerly looking for an update from CIO, Little apprehensive due to Birth certificate issue. I have submitted birth certificate issues by Indian Consulate in Kuala Lumpur , along with 10th Certificate ( Transalated and notorized ) but did not include any affidavit. Keeping my fingers closed.

How much time they took to return your first application?

Have you checked if your Bank Draft is encased, as people whose applications were sent on 19th got their CC charged.

How much time they took to return your first application?

It takes around 15 days after your application is declared failed. They send it through normal post which takes around two weeks time. Mine was also returned in october thats why i know.
