Hey Kavy,

I wrote to them, they said you 'You should be receiving a Ready For VISA letter in the coming weeks. In the letter, you will find instructions where to send your Passport.'

This was May 22nd, then again I wrote to them on June 5th asking if I should expect it by snail mail and this is what they said

'This letter is normally sent by email if you have an email address on file, unless you have stipulated that you prefer to be contacted by mail. In your case, I would think that the letter will be sent you by email.

You may not have received it yet because the request to send the letter for your file is in queue and it will be sent soon.'

Will wait this week out and then call them. I am wearing my heart on my sleeve.

I have been following other people in the same situation, some got in 3 weeks and some in 2 months and some lucky ones got it in 2 days. The wait is really killing me. Hope you get yours in 2 days

thanx kia......anyways have u seen other people successfully getting PR after all this waiting. I hope its just normal and not a problem with our files. What ya say ?

Hi Kavy,

Yes I think its normal and there is no problem with our files If it was a problem they would not have replied to my email positively. So I think lets wait and we'll have the PPR soon

Enjoy the status change in the meanwhile. Will keep you posted if I hear anything and please do the same if you hear anything too.

sorry for interrupting you but iad this question i am hoping someone from here would be able to advise me on this

i did my medical last week but i had a medical condition and additional reports were required and were subsequently submitted to the panel physician, now i have a question in regard to the notification to me when the medical will reach the IHS' would they email me that they have recieved the application or would i have to look at the ecas , kindly advice,

Hi,

Your doctor will give you a tracking number and that will tell you when it reaches IHS.
