2 months today since my file went in-process but our November group is getting PPR's now so very soon the remaining ones will have their PP request. Congrats to all who got PP request. Wish you all the best.

I've seen handful of people had DM before PPR and some of them waited 3 months before they received PPR.

I believe there is a thread on the forum about it, might be titled as "Decision Made but no PPR" something like that.

Hey All,

I am November applicant (Application was received on November 1, 2012).
Had my medical in January and medical results were received at CPP-Ottawa on 24th January, 2013
Ecas status changed lastly changed in March with following details:

We received your application for permanent residence on November 1, 2012.
We started processing your application on March 6, 2013.
Medical results have been received.

I did payed RPRF in April 2013 as well. Since, then I am in a silent mode and waiting for any response from CPP-Ottawa.
Also, requested my GCMS notes in May, 2013, which showed that only security was left and last activity on my file was in March 2013.

Can anyone tell me what is going on and when do the March in-process applicant expect to receive their RPRF and PPR request.

I had that happen to me, e-cas shows 'Decision Made' since may 5th, no PPR yet.

Hi Zeabbas,

Usually security is time consuming part. And it depends on how many countries you have stayed for more than 6 month.
This time varies on case basis; it can take any time between 2-4 months. Average time is 3 month.
I think yours PPR should be coming by this month.

Hey Kavy,

I wrote to them, they said you 'You should be receiving a Ready For VISA letter in the coming weeks. In the letter, you will find instructions where to send your Passport.'

This was May 22nd, then again I wrote to them on June 5th asking if I should expect it by snail mail and this is what they said

'This letter is normally sent by email if you have an email address on file, unless you have stipulated that you prefer to be contacted by mail. In your case, I would think that the letter will be sent you by email.

You may not have received it yet because the request to send the letter for your file is in queue and it will be sent soon.'

Will wait this week out and then call them. I am wearing my heart on my sleeve.

I have been following other people in the same situation, some got in 3 weeks and some in 2 months and some lucky ones got it in 2 days. The wait is really killing me. Hope you get yours in 2 days

I am seeing Decision Made against my file (EPXXXXXXXX) since the past 2 weeks however I haven't received any email confirmation of that. Some of my fellow applicants have received a Passport Request email who have had their status changed to Decision Made at same time, but I havent.

I was wondering if the email is not sent or perhaps it got filtered/spammed in my mailbox. Would be great if you can confirm, Sir.'
