But weren't our eligibility and all other aspects already evaluated and vetted out at Ontario in that pilot program...hence our selection in the pilot program.... And wasnt this supposed to be only related to the 'administrative' side of the immigration process???

I mean our apps to cic had proof of funds as well.. So why ask again???

And what are they expecting about job details and settlement plans????

congrats for further updates from LVO and that's really good to know that they are back to work - was it just additional document request? Did they send you MR?

@ DCCMJ, @ Zizu - below is my permutations

If we use the date files are received at CIO then khan78 should receive update/MR then followed by MohammedFahad, DCCMJ, supa and zizu in that order. If we used the date of AOR from CIO then MohammedFahad should receive update/MR then followed by DCCMJ, supa, zizu and Khan78.

Now that khan78 has received a further update from LVO then it is probably LVO is using the date files are received at CIO to maintain order. It took a long time for Khan78 to get AOR and that might be why LVO processed MohammedFahad before Khan78. At any rate, I am expecting DCCMJ, supa and zizu to announce to the house in this order very soon. LVO definitely went to sleep for the past two/three weeks else all LVO applicants should have received MR by now.

@ DCCMJ - don't forget to check your junk mails etc.

@supa - good assessment... However I am just wondering if any LVO applicant from sep. , oct., group also got some activity on their apps...

'Cause it won't make sense if they haven't got any POST AOR communication and all of a sudden one guy from nov gets it.... It then indicates LVO isn't processing things in FIFO order... And that's more scary to me...

Being the principal applicant in Canada, you must have send the medical documents of your wife to Ottawa. Hope this helps.

yes i know some of FSW pilot applicants from sep and oct, whom received MR. lets hope for the best. it may be possible that VO are different in LVO for different provinces, as all LVO applicants from Nov group are from ONPNP except myself from AINP and with more applicants the ONPNP VO is more occupied. This is my personal opinion and may be wrong.
