there are 2 option, if you choose Access to information act then you have to pay 5 $, but if you choose Privacy Act then its free..

I called the CIC number and the agent i spoke with was very friendly and ready to help.

I saw a folk from chinese forum, who applied on june 21st and in process on ecas sep 28th got ppr on 29th nov. i think we can prepare to welcome our ppr soon
