If I was you, I would put together a CV with educational Background and Work Experience with educational transcripts & Degree certificate. And attache all the Work experience letters previous and current.

Hope this helps.

Hello Seniors,

Just had a quick query... While applying for the bridging open work permit does it matter what option is selected between Work with same employer or Work with new employer if the application is for Open work permit. Irrespective of the option selected, the work permit issued would be Open ? Also is there an issue if we select Work with new employer ?

I received AOR in Aug 2013 and am done with Medicals as well.

Please let me know thanks!

Landed at st Stephen nb 20th October. It been a long process , and I could not have got through it without this group .big thanks to you all.

I was a Prince Edward Island PNP applicant on a skilled worker stream. I got my copr sometime ago but thought I would plans trip to the states(Maine) around it.

Crossed the boarder at st Stephen ferry port on Thursday.being for the uk I had to fill out a waiver form and pay $6 , I told them I was shopping in Bangor and finalizing my pr on the way back.

So today was the big day,2 years in the making but 4 years since I first set foot on canadain soil. I deceived to come back via st Stephen 3rd bridge..... I was the only person in there.now I was nervous.boarder agents always seem to have this look about them , like they want you to trip up...blah Blah....

Well this guy was awesome, went through the paperwork.asked me if my wife was canadain citizen and asked if she wanted to come in a witness me signing the copr.My wife was crying.....it been an emotional roller coaster. He shook my hand ....welcome to Canada.......and to top it all off........do you have a Camara ? ..... I'll come round for a photo with you....so my wife took a picture of us and my 4 month old son......it was awesome. Could not have gone any better :D

Hi Thetet,

Sorry for a late response... But these days I think I've just lost hope so I hardly check this forum :(

Regarding the docs they've asked for the same usual stuff like ... PCCs and updated proof of funds.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck to you all!
