I decided to pay RPRF without any request!

I paid RPRF without request as well, after that you won't get RPRF request and transfer to ottawa email, but eventually we all got PPR.

Guys, I'm extremely worried. My file went in process on June 21 and I havent received any updates from CPP-O yet. I see that almost all Feb Ottawa applicants have received PPR now, and i'm wondering if i should ask for a status update via email or apply for GCMS. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My file currently says in process? Any other applicants in the same boat as me?

Does anyone sent passport to CPP-O recently? What's the average waitting time to get passport back? I have a flight to US booked on 2nd Nov, don't know if I can make it, since I sent my passport out on Friday.

I am sure there are many applicants with a similar timeline as you waiting for their PPR. Your worry is normal but will not help you in anyway. Here is what you should do friend : Apply GCMS immediately. Sending mail won't help as you will get a standard reply back. GCMS will place you in a situation where if things don't move for a long time you will have an idea of why you are stuck in 30 days from now. However, I am quite confident you will get your PPR or decision made soon. Just hang in there..

The rationale behind averages don't work with CIC ; )) but you are surely at risk with 12 to 15 days in hand. I have seen them returning passport in 4 days (quickest) to 2.5 months ( slowest), a normal expectation is 2 to 3 weeks. Hope you get it soon but plan with different case scenarios. Btw, I sent mine on 11th.
