They have asked me:

RPRF ( which they mention they have record that i paid)

Passport

Height and Eye Colour ( they have attached bio data form )

2 recent photograph (the link with it is http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5445ETOC.asp#appendixB )

we strongly recommend that you purchase two (2) PREPAID Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes (National), letter-sized (318 x 241 mm), at any Canada Post retail outle

This tells me that CIC cannot risk anything on you, they want to double ensure that Hrik becomes a PR asap. Anyways, who would want to loose a gem like you ; )

Finally cic has found our medicals and status has been updated Aug 21 to " in process" and medicals received.

Updated Chriscats, I put your Medical received date as 23 Jul (approx.) let me know if you think its diff. Also have you already paid RPRF ?

Our medicals were sent from mid April but they could not locate them. Aug 7th cic emailed to say that they had received our medicals with the exception of our 4yr old. i believe the panel physician contacted them regarding the e-meds. I would leave it at aug 21. We paid the rprf without request back in late April/early may.

I also found out that our file is with Sydney Nova Scotia. Does anyone know how fast this offic processes? They appear to be really slow.

Updated your timeline per new info. All inland applicants files go to CIC Nova scotia, only after certain steps are completed the file is sent to Ottawa for validating security, criminal background etc and finalize the visa & COPR. It is my understanding that once your Ecas shows in process, your file is either transferred or in process of getting to Ottawa. When you get your PPR now it would be from Ottawa, so don't worry about Sydney they don't finalize apps.

which is better to pay RPRF thru courier or drop it in their drop box?

which clinic is better to go for medical in Manila?
