Tracking PNP Feb 2013 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Done Medical today.

Duration: 2 hours for two persons (30 minutes waiting; 40 minutes checkup per person)

Fee:$332/person

Content: Blood, Chest X-ray, Urine, Height, Weight, Vision, Hearing, Blood Pressure, etc.

I was acting like a little kid full curiosity during the medical exam.

I watched the doctor filling out our information in eMedical.

I asked the doctor about the processing time which all of us in this thread care about the most.

5 to 7 days for all the results to come out and to be forwarded to the CIC database instantly.(Actually all our result got filled out when we were with the doctor except for blood test, X-ray and Urine result).

3 weeks runing behind @ CIC database to receive medical result according to the doctor.

I think the total time for my eMedical case to be receive will be 1 week + 3 weeks = 4 weeks at least.

I will give 2 more weeks for delay (hopefully it won't be delayed).


I will be expecting between May 7 and May 21 to see my e-CAS to show "Medical Result Received".

If it comes earlier, I will let you guys know for sure.

Hi Friends,
Congrats to all February guys/gals for AORs and MRs.
I got my RPRF request today 10th April from Accra my VO and from what I read I was informed to pay not later than 60days. I was informed that I can only pay in either Bank Draft or Certified Cheque only and submitted in Person or Mailed to address indicated in the letter.
Thus my questions;
Am I gettin bank draft in favor of Receiver General Canada and do I need to print the email from Accra and included it also, and do I need to write any letter indicating my Application reference, UCI number and can I courier it to Accra?
Seniors with Accra VO experiences pls advice.

Just a side note to this thread.

I renewed my wife's entrance visa (under open work permit) last month.

Below are the timeline.

Canadapost Xpress: sending out 2013/03/14 - 2013/03/18

Processing time @CPP-O Ottawa: 22 days, 3 weeks +1 day

Canadapost Xpress:receiving 2013/04/09 - (Not received yet, assuming Friday 2013/04/12) <This is an return envolop I sent out with the application.>


About 3 weeks for CPP-O Ottawa to issue a VISA.

I don't know this will be helpful for PR VISA or not.

You guys can still use this as a reference.

I'm a little concerned about my timeline. I received by AOR from CIO on Mar 20th and I still havent received MR. Looking at the trend on the forum, it seems that my timeline is a little out of the ordinary. Please note that i did submit my PCC along with my application and that my VO is Ottawa. Has anyone of you experienced such a long delay between AOR and MR (i.e. 20+ days??).

Recently the trend has been 2 to 7 days for receiving MR after AOR. Are you sure your VO is CPP-O ? What did you mention on IMM0008 generic form as VO ? How long have you been here in Canada ? if its more then a year how long is your visa valid for future ?
