Hello

Usually they are asking for updated personal history form & updated police clearance. Since we were pre assessed by the province who nominate us then it is unlikely to be asked for educational and employment documents but just make sure it is all ready.

They are asking these additional documents if you have any gaps when you fill out the form for personal history. Updated police clearance most especially if the clearance is more than 6 mos, to check your latest status before they issue the PR visa. Credentials, if they want to double check if it is genuine.

Schedule A Background Declaration Form (IMM 5669). They requested a newly completed and updated form, They noticed that I had a child who was born in the states and I did not stated it on the form. However, I written a letter to them (CIC) explaining that I did not live in the States and I was only staying with a relative less than 2 months. I also copied additional pages of my old expired passports regarding the dates. A commissioner of Oaths for the province (Manitoba) stamped and witnessed them for me to show that the documents are authenticated.
