i am now itching to call IOM and make a demand hahaha
Olansky said:Quick question.. Which one should come first... In process or Medical Result Received??? I thought medical received should come first before Inprocess status..
Tweety05 said:As what they say, we can not rely on our ECAS status, it depends on the officer on how frequent he will update it. In my own observation, based from the posts I read, IN PROCESS can mean 2 things, IN PROCESS because there is a medical furtherance and awaiting for the result. The other one means your medical has been received and they are doing the security background check and when it is clear next will be PPR.
Have you tried calling IOM to confirm if they already submitted your med result to CEM? From there, you will have an idea if what IN PROCESS means for you.

if we follow the trend.. after another 4 weeks.. PPR!
crossing fingers...![]()

I got a confirmation from IOM that they forwarded my Medical result right after they finalized everything since they are eMedical. I should have got a call from them within that a week if there is anything that needs further testing.. but since its already four weeks since the medical exam and havent receive any communication from them, I supposed everything fine.
I hope they are just doing security background.. then PPR....
Pleaaassseeeee!!!!![]()

Tweety05 said:Did they told you of the exact date when they forwarded your med exam result? Since IOM is a newly accredited clinic in the Philippines, your information will give us an idea on how long are they really sending results to CEM.
Are you married? Have you been to other countries and stayed there for more than 6 mos? If your answers are NO then you'll be expecting PPR very soon![]()
Good luck and God bless.

Tweety05 said:The reason why I asked Olansky of those questions because if you are married and with children 18 years old and above plus you and your family have lived to other country or countries for more than 6 mos expect that it will add up to your processing time because every family member will be background checked as well.
Since you are single, I am hoping that it will not take long for your background/security check to the countries you lived in.
Good luck to all of us.
liyapot said:any news on your side tweety?
looking at the track sheet..
you, olansky and abercrombie all did their medicals on the same day...
i hope you get an "in process" soon just like olansky or better yet PPR! like abercrombie
i have a question..
do you have any idea how long the time frame is for submission of passport to CEM when you get PPR?
our passport renewal is on april 12th.. more or less another 2 weeks before we get the renewed passport.. so i'm a little worried with the time frame.
