If you are from a visa exempt country, you will be asked to send them a copy of every page of your and your dependants passports.

Andrew, Congrats to all mate that has gotten there PPR and i want to know if there is any GHANA VO here in this December Trend and my ECAS has not been Updated since April, it is still in Medical Received but no In process. Kindly advise if there is any one who is using Ghana VO.

CANADIAN IMMIGRATION PROCEDURE:

If understood positively---

Prepares us to keep faith in GOD UN TILL the GOAL is achieved.-PATIENCE(nice virtue)

If taken NEGATIVELY:

Increases the PSYCHO PATIENTS.

CIC kept pending IMMIGRATION FILES for a pretty long time and when there was a HUGE BACKLOG it dismissed more 1.5 lacs files at a one go under FEE Return Policy from February2008 to 2012.

Hi there ,if the principal applicant is from a visa exempt country but the dependants are not ,then will they ask for the original passports ?

Nothing to report from me, we had medicals 8 weeks ago, e-cas changed to medicals received on 14 June, waiting for a Decision to be made and hopefully PPR.

Looking at the cic site, there seems to be strike in action. Am I the only one who noticed it or may be the last one


Alert – Strike Action

The Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) union is currently taking strike action. PAFSO union members responsible for processing visa applications have been walking out of offices in Canada and overseas.

Posted processing times for both temporary and permanent resident visa applications do not take into account work stoppages.

Anyone applying for a visa should anticipate delays and submit their application as far in advance as possible.

Contingency plans are already in place to ensure all offices remain open and are providing at least a minimum level of service. Priority will be placed on urgent humanitarian applications.

CIC continues to closely monitor the situation.

Can someone shed some light on this ?

Congratulations! I am so happy and yours was so fast. I dont know why i have not received any things from them since April it has been on Medical Received and still on Medical Received. Would it be my VO or would it be the Strike on going? but your VO is still giving you result. Anyway i very big congrats.
