yes but not attending either, I have been to Canada so many times, close family been there for 22 years.

Hey Guys!

Need some help here! Maybe you can give me some advice regarding on my application.
My ECAS update Medical have been received by May 20, 2013 since i was done my examination on Feb. 15 and i've been told that they are going to send the result after 10 days once there is no problem with it.

My Question is:
- How long do i need to wait for my ECAS to change it into "IN PROCESS" i just worried here.
- Do i need to email or contact CIC about my case.

Please Advice me and Appreciate it a lot.

Who told you that you would receive the results after 10 days?
My Medical was received on March 27th and I haven't got 'In Progress' yet. I contacted CIC Ottawa and they sent me an email saying there was a backlog, that everyone who applied after June 2012 would not receive a new update until after August 31st 2013.
I wouldn't be worried

It is good to know from CPP-O tracksheet that now things are moving and 4 persons got their PPR on June6 & 7 from NOVEMBER Applicants.

Let us HOPE for all of us that PPR comes to our MAIL BOX soon.

November Applicant's PPR is raining.

Our BATCH is SILENT.

I was told my RPRF was cash as at 9 April, 2013 and additional document recieved at that same date and when i check my ecas it changes to Medical recieved alround 28 of April and since then it has been on Medical recieved did not change to IN Progress and i email my VO and they said my Application is in Queue for review and no response for it yet. I think some time it does not matter if it change to in Progress, they can call for PPR

There is no logic to the way CIC process applications, every VO does it differently, the mind boggles as to their logic regarding processing. I just get on with my life now and pay no attention to the whole process, if I did i would make my self ill!

Actually, i had applied to Sydney, NS from where my file was transferred to CPP Ottawa.

Congrats TJ, you are on your way. The end of the process for you with a positive result..........well done. I have updated the tracking sheet, however if you look at your information you will see that some of it is incomplete? Have you received update on E-cas ref medicals & decision made etc?
