No, since you said the email came from your VO not CIO then the issue is with your VO. Maybe they already have a high volunme of files to deal with that why they specifically state it on your AOR.

Nope, nobody have any idea when when PPR request will be made, because it all depend on an individual case bases. After Medicals normally it should take about 2-3 months but it all depends on the VO and also the applicants case. What VO is on the medical request form you receive and what VO do you choose ?

The VO always send the MR to applicant once they receive them from CIO.
