Hey Guys can someone advice me on what should i do.

I was in the same boat with the guys who got the AOR on Oct 15 after that nothing came up. I haven't receive the MR yet and i am hoping that they dont make a mistake on my email.

In the other hand i am thinking because i have been in Halifax since 2005 till now so they might not ask for MR would that be possible ??

Is the MR sent from CIO or CPP- Ottawa?

Does the CPP-ottawa send you AOR saying that they receive the file ?

Thanks alot for rest and hope they get AOR & MR soon.

@YL

Even I got the same AOR saying that the application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing. Some of the CEC candidates got a 2nd AOR email(if we get one) along with MR request from visa office. I think we should wait for a week or so before contacting the CIO or VO as they might be in the process of sending this out. Here's the sample formart of 2nd AOR posted by @mnjdev

Date: October 18, 2012

Dear XXXXXXXXXXXXXX:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada which was received at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia, on June 11th 2012.

Your application has been transferred from the CIO to the Case Processing Pilot-Ottawa (“CPP-O”) office. All enquiries and correspondence must be addressed to the CPP-O office, unless directed otherwise.

If you look at the sample 2nd AOR format that I posted, you can see that @mnjdev's application was received at CIO on June 11th and got 2nd AOR+MR request on Oct 18th. So at the worst case it could possibly take 4months for us to get MR request.

I think Ojeola was very lucky in this matter that you received MR request 4-5 days after receiveing AOR. Wish everyones case was the same.

@ Ojeola... Do you see your ecas status changed from 'Application received' to 'In process'?

Processing time depend on an individual bases meaning the amount of time to process someone else application can vary to another.
