:-We will review the medical results to determine whether there are any medical reasons which would prevent you or your family members from coming to Canada.You and each of your family members will also have to complete your own copy of the Medical Report, Section B (form IMM 5419). You will have to write your answers to the questions on this form in the presence of the examining doctor, who will then proceed to complete Section C, D and E. The medical examination includes:

complete physical examination for all family members;
chest X-ray and a radiologist’s report for everyone aged 11 years and over;
blood test for everyone aged 15 years or over;
urinalysis for everyone aged 5 years or over
HIV testing for everyone aged 15 years or over, as well as for children who have received blood or blood products, or have a known HIV mother.

Hi Everyone,

I wonder if anyone can answer this for me.

I recieved an AOR and MR from CIO on October 1st, Meds were done on the October 18th.

In my AOR it didnt mention that it was being transfered to a visa office, is this normal? Or does that come later?

Thanks

It depends on the VO you selected, In-Canada applicants that choose Ottawa receive AOR within 4-5days of their CC being charged.

All the BEST..

So the new timeline for the PNP category is 14-16 months? So if I am getting things straight we'll get PR in 2014? and I was hoping that my application will be finalized in early 2013! Silly me eh?

its more than 4 months after my medicals.Could you guys answer me some of the questions which I have, these questions always put me in confusion, they are as follows :
1) Do I need to do the work until I get my Permanant residency? Can I quit the job?
2) Is it possible to transfer my permanant residency file to Indian embassy?
3) If I am in india then I get a passport request can I send my passport from India to Canada?
4) On my online application status it is showing as ‘medicals have been recieved’ , if it shows ‘medicals have been recieved in process’ then does it mean that I can expect reply soon?
5) Could you guys tell me which month of processing going on?
6) Do I need to send my fingerprints?

Bro there is something people call FAITH, there are some people that got there PR wthin 7-8months. It just depends on an individual cases. They way they will treat your files is different from mine. You may require more security checks while i may not.

Just keep your faith alive, PR will come in due time am sure before 2014.

All the best to us ALL..

Bro, can see your frustration, but once you choose a VO you cant request for your application to be transfer to another one. They will contact you or you contact them. Nobody can determine the current proccessing month/year there are on.

All the best to us ALL.
