I didnt, I only submitted my PCC. To my own understanding submitting FBI fingerprints wont stop CIC from doing there own background checks. The only thing that can speed up the process is if the checks are completed of time...

OJ, I'd like to make some confirmation.....when one sends his application to CIO, does the province that nominate the candidate send copies on all documents used to apply for the provincial nomination programme send CIO these same documents? the reason why I am asking this question is because CIO is not asking documents like certificates from university, employee refence letter, proof of funds, etc....

Did you send application to CIO, even myself send application without PCC, once i got my AOR then have to apply for Singapore pcc.. have long time to wait....

I meant I was talking about the situation when I submitted for the first time. After I got my nomination extension, I havent re-submitted my application to CIO yet...need to do it soon...all the best.

Am not sure about that, but if CIO didnt ask the VO may ask you for it at anytime if it is needed. In my own case i resubmited all the documents i use to apply for my PNP with my PR application.

Hi Guys I just got my MR today by email.

one small problem is that my wife is giving a birth next month.
I think im gonna take a MR after she give a birth.
But i couldn't find the expiry date for MR on my email.

Dose anyone know what is the 'expiry date' on MR?

Congrats on MR and best wishes for coming baby.
I think you should not pend the medical as for new baby you have to first got nomination from AINP by sending birth certificate and required form. i guess after that you have to go CIC with passport copy and other information and then they will send MR for child. So better to do medical of other family members and yourself ASAP within deadline and start the other process.

MR for a new child ????? That not possible. I think MR is for above 11years not for infant.
