I was 2 times in US, every time 4 months, but I didn't send US police certificate.

Because I called the call center today and the lady didn't give me clear answers because they don't have access to our files, she even told me not to email CCP-O because "they receive so many unnecessary emails!". She also said if they need anything they'll contact you just be patient

How come you are ordering notes on your file so early and so frequently?

When I received my medical request, the letter stated that if I don't hear from them within 120 days of that letter, I should get in touch. So surely you asking now, and twice in quick succession is a bit pointless? Or am I missing something?

After 120 days you will standart response. InGCMS YOU SEE actual information.

Information from my GCMS was old, when my file was still in Sydney, now it was transferred. I want to see what's going on there.

Seems CPP-O email system is not being monitored anymore, i guess it has been programmed to send out auto response to applicant once they send them a message. Even Call center agent do not have access to our files once it has been transferred to Ottawa from CIO, the best thing to do is just apply for the GCMS note which will take approximately 30 days.

Applied for my first GCMS today 7th of January, was inform that it will take about 30 days for me to get a reply.
