I am not in Canada. I'm in the US. My status is the same old same old - Application received and Medical results have been received. I ordered my GCMS on April 19!!!!! Another similarity. LOL.

I got the email from CIC requesting updated personal history from april 2012. My question is how do I send the updated personal history to them. Should I fill in the IMM 5669 form again or should I write down the history on a separate piece of paper?

Please let me know, those of you who have done it

When did you apply ? What's your timeline ?

There is no standard format for the personal history update. But I would advise writing it in a format similar to the one in form IMM 5669

I sent them a page kind of like a CV....and they didnt say anything about it so i guess its okay

My due date was April 25th, 2013, I send Gcms request on march 24th, 2013.....still waiting for their response..

my due date is may 7, 2013 ... ive sent a gcms request 10 days back ... dont know whats going on there ...
