Yes, it is a ghost update. Should be less than a weekHi.. I landed on March 31st,updated my address on April 3rd and linked the PR card application to my CIC account.. on April 9 the status changed from Submitted to Application/profile updated.
Is that the Ghost update? And when can I expect the PR card approved or any photo request

When you land then your PR card application is activated. Your PR card will be mailed to the address provided unless you have to resubmit pictures. Even then once you resubmit pictures then the PR card will be mailed to the address provided.Also could anyone confirm what are the steps after arrival?
Everything is on arrival (at the airport) and then do you also have to visit a certain office, or just wait for the PR to be delivered at the provided address?
