You're probably describing a "ghost update" ..so that's when the status changes to "updated" then u click on it there's no actual change in status and it returns back to "submitted" .. usually denotes a movement in the application and in the case of a PR card application probably means it will be approved soon... hopefully within a week maybe

On which number did you call IRCC to get an update on your PR card application? Even I got ghost update but haven't seen any movement in CIC account for a week now.
Noone can tell u that... u have to go by date on ur profile...usually its same day they landed..
Idk what you trying to say. I got the ghost update but haven’t had any change in my status. For the past weeks it still says submitted. I read someone called IRCC and they confirmed card was in production. I have seen many people calling ircc post ghost update and getting an actual update. But I don’t know which number to call
