You should submit Case Specific Enquiry Form after couple of days since your application will be outside the current processing time (57days) if you are outside Canada. I would suggest calling them if in Canada.

I did call, they say everything is normal, just a delay...I wonder why...it’s not like we submitted new documents

Try call them around 8 am est. It usually takes less than 25 min

I did a soft landing on 23rd Feb 2018 and came back from canada and on 5th April 2018 I got mail for Photo resubmission. I have following queries:
1. Can I send my new Pics from outside Canada.?
2. I am not able to link my PR Card Application with CiC Account. Is it necessary to link them.?
What can be the expected time of receiving PR Card.

1 - Yes you can send the new pics.
2 - Not necessary but it helps.
It takes about 3-4 weeks after they receive your new photos.

New Photo delivered: March 12th
PR Card Approved(Found online): April 3rd Tue
PR Card Delivered: April 6th
Considering it was sent from Nova Scotia to BC--across the whole country( maybe for 8 days), it had been sent before I found it approved on CIC.
There might be delay before the statue is updated on the website.

I tried alot but not able to link my pr card. Is there any other way out to know regarding delivery of photos n card processing.
How did u got to know, that they received the photos sent.? Do they send u acknowledgement on mail?
There is no way to know if they received your photos other than calling them. The card application linking does not help in case of resubmission of photos. The status changes to approved way later (if at all) after they mail your card.

I have to quote my own comments because for some reasons, I have not received my PR card in the mailbox, although it has been approved since 20 March with all the information on CIC account. My address is in Nepean, Ottawa.
Anyone encountered the same situation?
Hello Carrie, hope your application with new photos will soon get approved. From information I have read it normally takes additional 30 days in case of new photos requested.
Meantime, sorry for asking irrelevant question, but what does the package for your husband’s PR card look like? Any indication on the mail that it is from IRCC? I have the same approval date with your husband, but strangely my PR card is still on the road (or lost somewhere). My location is in Nepean, Ottawa..
