I don t know. It might be better to call them frequently.....When I found my husband's statue was approved but mine didn t, we called them and they said I need to retake my photo....2 days later, my lawyer received and forwarded that E-mail to me....then I showed the e-mail to the drugstore I took the picture before for retaking free....SO frustrated...

I applied through agent, unable to link my application to GC Account, it keeps saying ' cannot find application' . I entered all details as per passport still.

Hi, Landed on April 3rd, 2018. I guess it's still a long time to wait to get my PR card delivered.
Right now, I'm unable to link my PR card application in the system. Just wondering is there a lag for the linking ? I saw some posts saying people can link their profile the same day after landing. If so, not sure what happened in my case.

I had sent new photos which were delivered on 15th march for me and my wife.
My wife status in CIC account was changed to "Approved" on 5th April, but there was no change for my pr card application.
I called them up on 6th and they confirmed that my card has been sent for printing and would reach me soon. I explained her that status in my CIC account is still "SUBMITTED", and they told they would check that.
I am a bit confused, as still today the status is "SUBMITTED" and I haven't received any email yet. If the status does not change I will try calling them again today.

I called them just now. The lady said she does not have info on my card. My photos were delivered on 15th March as per the courier. Also she said they do not always update the status on mycic profile if the card is approved. It is ridiculous. Someone's photos received on 15th March were approved and the lady said they were still processing photos submitted on 12th March. Lucky are those who did not get new photo request!
Yes, except place of birth. State is truncated in COPR. So I entered place of birth as in passport - city, state tried upper and lower case both.
