In April we filed a request for a tourist visa for my boyfriend, they asked for his biometric data but so far we have no answer.
On November 5 we made another visa request, my situation changed, now I am expecting a baby. I have confirmation but I still do not answer.
The application processing time says 36 days
do you think they respect this time? have you received an answer to your application?

The processing times are just estimates unfortunately. There are many people here who submitted an application after September 7th and have been waiting for several months for a decision. Some have certainly received decisions but many others are still waiting.
