How come this email ? This email only received when you submit your passport at the VFS. If you didn’t submit any passport why they sending you this email ?

Haseebali,even I have applied online from Karachi,I have received a similar message on 24rth of March and no updates since then.I applied on 16th March.were we supposed to get the passport request?I am worried!
