tourist visa from Riyadh

Hi every body
i applied for canadian tourist visa in 16 June via Aramex but my application was returned to me on 18 June because it is incomplete
i submitted every thing they want and send it again tomorrow 22 June
in their website said tourist visa takes 9 days in Riyadh
i just want ask do they count these days from 16 june or from 22 June

If application is not complete, expect longer processing time.

i just got my visit visa within 3 days after submitting a complete applications

Moo77dy: How did you apply? did you apply online or applied through Al Fifa??? I am currently here in Saudi Arabia and applied online for single entry visitor visa last July 8, 3013 but did not hear from them till now. Lastly, are you Saudi Arabian? coz I am a Filipino. Thanks!

I applied for my Temporary Resident Visa online and chose Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Embassy as I am currently living and working here last July 8, 2013 and yesterday (July 22, 2013) I received an email stating that my visa was application rejected. I am considering in re applying this time through VFS Global in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Can anyone help what's my chance of getting approved this time around after I was denied. Accordingly, I was denied because of 1. Travel History 2. Immigration Status 3. Limited employment prospects in your country of residence. My profile below:

Nationality: Filipino
Age: 27
Occupation: HR Professional
Location: Saudi Arabia
Visa Status (in country of Residence): Saudi Arabia Working Visa
Length of Stay (in country of Residence): 3 years 2 Months
1st Company - May 2010 to July 2012
2nd Company - September 2012 to Present

3. Limited employment prospects in your country of residence (I am only allowed to work under 1 sponsor here in Saudi Arabia so there's no way I can work to other employer even I want to, I am planning to provide a copy of my contract stating that I have a yearly renewable contract)
