Okay so those of you know that my sponsorship was refused and PR was rejected and cic sent me appeal letter if i wanted to go though that process, I got an email today from CPC Mississauga letting me know that we have re-opened your application after your inquiry and we will need your Option C Print for 2017 along with co sponsor (wife). I sent them both option C print for 2017 just now and hopefully they approve it and forward it to Ottawa for PR processing. Kinda of relief but it's not over yet :(

I would recommend you just get 2 photos and get it completed. They should ideally not require photos as they are on the COPR copy already ... but its better if are prepared, just in case :)

Can I ask how you scheduled your landing appointment? I tried calling CIC so many times but can't get through to a customer service agent.

Thanks.
You need to call the regular way, as if to get your application status. In the end of the recorded status hit zero to talk to an agent. Then tell them that you need to schedule an appointment for landing as your parents are in Canada now. That's it. They will take the details and you will get the email later. I got the email in a week after I called.

Hello Friends,

I appreciate if anyone could provide the address where to send the original PCC?

Thanks in advance

Thanks! How many days did they take before they responded back to you to schedule an appointment ? Also, did they provide the appointment within the next couple days after they reached out to you ?

Thanks in advance!

For those of you worried about parents with high blood pressure or diabetes, my parents just passed their medical exam. My dad has type 2 diabetes and hypertension. He had to do additional tests for his medical exam including an ECG, echocardiogram, fundoscopy, and additional diabetes testing. The specialist report stated that there is less than 1% chance of him needing dialysis or kidney transplant in the next five years, so he is well below the excessive demand threshold. The additional tests were $700 on top of the regular medical exam fee. I just logged onto their MyCIC account and it says medical exam passed.
Hi, may I ask how long was the medical review for your dad's diabetes? The time between first medical until "pass" status? Thanks!

Hi we sent passport as instructed in PPR email with return prepaid envelope on June 14th to CPC Ottawa. They received on June 15th. An officer called and verified the applicant's address here by phone on June 19th and we got the visa and copr today. It all went super fast since the medical request on May 14th.
Thanks all and wish you all a good luck

Any one can help, how about first 90 days of health insurance in Canada for parents landing as immigrants, because health card will be eligible after 90 days.

HI All

I am uploading the PCC and RPRF receipt today on the online portal. Can you let me know how PCC from 2 countries was uploaded. Do i zip them and upload? or do I have to scan them as a single pdf and then upload them as a single document?
