Tips for 2016 (Future) PGP Applicants

The excel sheet says "Cases", so I think 28,348 is a number of pending cases (backlogs). And 4,711 is a number of persons (as the total number of yearly processed matches with what CIC says on its website, roughly ~18K).

If all these are correct, I don't know what to say. 50K backlog will remain as long as this Govt. stays/ keeps taking 10K apps (18K persons) each year/ sticks to <20K yearly processing. If the this tri-factor doesn't change, the backlog doesn't change either...

Would be nice if they had a plan to process these sooner but 2.5-3 years isnt so bad if this includes everything. I was expecting to wait longer given the past trend.

AOR may be issued after the long weekend for two days.
E-Cas will be activated after about 10 days after CC charged. some ppl may get AOR before E-Cas Activated

I got ecase updated for first application after 3 weeks, For 2 application it get updated in a week

but no AOR yet, So its pretty random, If CC got charge it means we are good, at least for now,

Mine got delivered on Jan 5th 10:01, according to Fedex.
Do I still have hope? I saw one late than me got charged.
Maybe Fedex lied about the time.

sooooo worry, i am on Jan 5, 8.52AM batch.. still waiting for Charge.... it was keep me crazy today. keep phoning the CC card hope can see any changed.

My card got charged on 22nd!!!!!!
I almost gave up as it was delivered late by Purolator Jan 5th 8:52 from Edmonton. Couple of hours later and we would not make it.
