It only confirms how unreliable are UPS trackers... none of the 6.31 were charged but we have a 7.36. Do you know at what time your shipment was "Out for Delivery"?

Sorry but have no idea. The delivery was from Newmarket office, so from my understanding it left that morning Newmarket ON, for delivery. I paid $150 for same day delivery.

You posted on the 4th and it got there before all the other UPS deliveries??? that's scary!

Good to see that CIC is making progress and now we have reached to 09:20am - 10:10am time slot for Jan4.

My understanding is that for now CIC has an approval for just 5000 application for 2016. This would definitely be extended to 10000 once Parliament approves this additional slots in upcoming session , i guess sometime next week. If this theory makes sense that it means PGP did not hit 5K number until 10:00am Jan 04. This is based on the assumption that CIC cannot charge more than 5K CC until they have a formal authorization (passing an formal rule/amendment from the government rather than just a media statement)

And if that makes sense its a good news to all of us ...

I think you are correct - this article also suggests that up to 5K will be processed ; 5K-10K will start processing once authorized by legislation i.e. "Govt's overall immigration plan 2016" - Quote from the article - "McCallum suggests the higher cap would come with the release of the government's overall plan for immigration in 2016."

This is what I understand from older posts. Correct me if I am wrong, but I think they are charging applications based on personal handling it. I see application received by RACHPAL irrespective of courier are getting charged. Even UPS users have been charged

Whereas application received by ADUSEI have not been charged yet.

It is not necessary that the person who received mail is actually working on that file. I think they will have numbering system (in order it was received), otherwise there can be law suits about received late - processed earlier.
