did you link your cic account after received the PCC request? if so you won't see the upload button inside, it happened to my friend too.

yes, everyone, you can check online status using our own UCI, not parents' UCI.

just used my UCI to log in CIC online service then it is there, no email.

my ECAS is activated :-X
