As a result, he went back at 9:43 to deliver again. Since an attempt to deliver was made before 9AM, we are unable to refund the shipping cost. Thank you."
I agree with you here. I think the CIC should begin accepting Online PGP applications. They should keep the program open for a specific period of time and then, after initial verification, they should ask for hard copy of all the relevant papers for accepted applications. He gave up and went back 45 minutes later. And he did not deliver at 9:43 am. i chatted with chat agent between 1 and 2 pm EST on 4th Jan and the agent said that the guy in lineup for delivery with 700 packages however after 2 pm i received the delivery stamp for 9:43 which means that the delivery timestamp is incorrect.

For what I been reading since jan 4th , purolator guys should start getting cc charged very soon , as I'm sure the 9:43am time is a lie , but from some post I readed they were delivering apps at 2:10pm on that same day , fingers crossed I hope all purolator guys from jan 4th 2:10pm and jan 5th 8:52am make the 10k cap.myYahoo said:Just noticed now, my credit went down by 700 CAD
