Timings of Inland Spousal Sponsorship

Hello Everyone,

I want to ask about the timings of Inland Spousal Sponsorship PR Application. I submitted my file in October 2024 and I also wanted to know how many months it takes to complete background verification. Please let me know if anyone has an idea about it.

Background - varies. I waited 6 months for mine after other stages were done.

Did you link your PR application with gckey and tracker? You can see the status of each stage there.

Yes I checked and it is still showing background check since February. And after the background check, what is the next step and when did you receive your PR card?

Background check done > eCOPR number shows up in the gckey > P1 request sent to your email > P2 > eCOPR and then PR card arriving at the address you provided
