They actually replied in 4 hrs to b exact
My lawyer kept telling lies
When I got copy its written that enquiry sent at 1.53
And they replied at 5.26 approx

Do not trust any lawyer. I was in the same situation. My lawyer got reply and he told me that he forgot to forward me an email.

I emailed them in morning around 10:00 am and got reply @ noon.

After my yesterdays email to VO they have updated my ECAS now second line added

We received your application for permanent residence on XXXXX.

Medical results have been received.
