When u put case specific enquiry do u attach sum scanned infornation regarding file or not
Also tell is it mandatory to do so

no I just write FILE NUMBER XXXXXXXXXX in my subject.
and my complete detail like name, file number, uci and birth-date.
in second line I ask my query.
