I mailed both of them... Colombo replied even when I dropped a mail to Colombo after. Two days of dropping it to ndvo...

I went to chanakyapuri today to enquire but cud not gather any info as the guards refused to tell anything

Hi ,

I am in a similar situation as you. I got decision made on 28th May and PPR on 30th May. Sent my passports on 3rd June.

On the ecas page there is a mailing address mentioned. It is your present mailing address that you would have mentioned in your application. Once the decision is made this address usually changes to the name of the Province that nominated you. In case of MPNP this address should change to Manitoba, Canada. This is an indication that you have been granted a COPR and your new address is Canada. In my case the address is still showing my original address.

I believe when they issue the VISA this address is changed to the Canadian address. I have seen a lot of candidates whose address is updated to their province of destination once their Visa is issued. Please check ecas and just after you login it shows the address on the left top of the page.
