I have some different opinion than you . As gks 2012 has got aor from sydney w/o submitting ielts and also as he don't fall under skill level C and D . He should be exempted from submitting ielts for the above reasons .

I have also received nomination without IELTS. things I hve submitted are 1 proof for english medium upto university level ,2 proof for work environment in english from employer.... .. I was appeared in IELTS after receiving nomination from mpnp. earlier IELTS was not added in the CIC checklist but in the new check list they have specially added IELTS column. I hve also inquire this from cic.after that I was appeared in IELTS...... Actually the thing is earlier skill level C & D are exempted frm IELTS. But now IELTS is mandatory for skill level C & D also....as per minimum language requirement.

yes gurminder my son is below 5year and my daughter is 9 year old, below 5 they do only body checkup above 5 and below 11 they do urine test and general body checkup. for medical do not need empty stomach.

Second AOR from Colombo : 17th Apr 2013
Medicals : Today (02nd May 2013)

Also they requested me to submit some documents like educational certs, IELTS score etc.. SINP nominees falling under NOC code other than C & D need not take the IELTS according to SINP. So, i replied back with the same (fingers crossed).

My medicals are on 09th May, so hoping for the best. All the best for you guys..

Dont take any risk ielts is must as soon as possible get registered with IELTS and confirm your seat in IELTS then send the fotocopy of admit card of IELTS to CIC. nowdays it is must to provide IELTS scores if you will not provide this it means simple rejection. and dont worry IELTS scores for SINP are very low so just do it.

Apply for new passport as early as possible as embassy will ask for passport having more than one year validity. Go for passport renewal under tat kal scheme for safety...

When I was kid I used to buy lot of stickers but truely speaking this so called MAGICAL STICKER is hardest to get . As its name suggest we need to learn some magic to get it .. Rite now m waiting and trying to learn aabra ka daabra
whereas ecas is concerned its definately not working for NDVO applicant .. Mine is IN PROCESS with no updates of medical result ..
May be it will work for Colombo applicants as the VO is different .

I am paying the fee by bank draft. Planning to send photocopy of draft and original courier receipt with tracking number to the Colombo office.

I did a lot of research and it seems that you can pay online only when you are submitting the application to CIO NS. So if you are paying the application fee and the RPRF together at the time of applying then you can pay online.

If the local VO asks for the fee later then the fee has to be deposited to the local Visa Office by draft.

This is what happened to a a fellow forum user who has posted his experience on this forum. His local VO was London and in our case the office is New Delhi so things might be different. I am from Delhi and yesterday I completed my medical at Max Medcenter, New Delhi. Hopefully everything should be okay. Now I need to send my additional documents and RPRF fee details to Colombo.
